Which will you choose?

In her critically acclaimed play A Raisin in the Sun Lorraine Hansberry explains devil quite different communities. Hansberrys character Karl Linder resides in a suburban community that is homogenous (the same or similar) in makeup, with white middle class inhabitants that sh are common beliefs and meat values. The other community, where most of the plays characters reside, is urban and heterogeneous in contrast, and has earthshaking disparities regarding origin, religious belief, language, and ethnicity; these disparities often divide its inhabitants. The plays central family the Youngers, are in transition from the urban community to the suburban community. And in some ways Mrs. Johnson is left to represent the urban community. On the surface Karl Linders village would seem more expedient and stable to live in coincidence to Mrs. Johnsons community, which is ethnically diverse and complex. However, a closer look and through comparison and contrast of the two communities, will show the advantages they both whitethorn offer but also the disadvantages of living in them as well.





A community is a human settlement, urban or rural, that in various ways will help systema skeletale its inhabitants identity, character, and worldview, (political or religious), based on amount of m iy values and common beliefs. Education, ethnicity, class, and wealth are other aspects of a community. As a result, no two communities are alike. each settlement is its own snowflake, complex and sophisticated. As a village is formed, the shape, size, location, and colors of its inhabitants are what ultimately define it. As a result, there are some advantages and disadvantages of living in one particular community versus another.
